There’s a possibility of shipment branding. You can enter the name of your shop which will be printed on package label so your customers know you are the sender.

All products have their own branded name, for example, KitchPro. But we only have branded packaging & boxes for some products (some have branded packaging, some have OEM packaging).

Regarding returns and refunds: there are options for a return and a refund depending on the cause.

If a customer returns a product in its primer condition and in the timeframe of 7 days, we keep shipping + return price. If we are responsible for the return (we exceeded the timeframe for sending the product or the product is damaged), we will send you a full refund. Also, if the product arrives damaged to the customer by our fault, we can do a refund, or we can send the new product.

We follow the UAE procedure regarding electrical products. The warranty period is valid from the end customer’s first date of product purchase, and any claim under this warranty must be filed within 12 months from the Brand approval request.

The products on platform have only one image because of platform speed and functionality. After you setup account, you will get all needed information and content and you can list your product as per your selection.

You determine the price of the products you will sell. When determining the price, of course, our experts will explain how to take care of the profit and what is the lower limit below which you should not go.Regarding the free delivery option, it is up to you whether you want to include delivery fee in the product price and show it as free, or charge it separately. We recommend that you test both variants.
